Wildlife Allies will drop ship our products directly to your customers! This allows you to sell any or all of the products we offer without having to keep inventory in your warehouse. Each drop ship order will incur a $4.50 surcharge.

 

1. Set up a Wildlife Allies account with your company information and billing address. Please use your regular shipping address to set up your account information.

2. Once your account is set up, you will receive an e-mail notification that you have been added to our drop ship program.

3. When you have a customer order ready for us to ship, please log into your account and order the products you want to purchase.

4. Use your company billing address and the CUSTOMER/RECIPIENT'S shipping address. Please be careful when filling out address information in the shipping fields. Wildlife Allies is not responsible for errors made by typos or mistakes in the shipping address. We will be shipping the products to the EXACT ADDRESS you supply.

5. Please be sure to supply your correct e-mail address so that you may receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers.

6. Upon checkout, please select "UPS Ground." The shipping charges will be determined based on real-time rates from UPS based on our warehouse address Zip code of 33950. The $4.50 drop ship surcharge will be added to your shipping charge total and will be shown in the final purchase amount.

7. All drop ship orders must be pre-paid with a credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express area accepted.

8. Upon submission of your order, we will ship the product to your customer within 2 business days. We will send e-mail notifications of shipping status and tracking numbers.
